Privacy & cookies.

The short version: this site sets nothing on your device beyond what it needs to function, unless you explicitly allow it. No cross-site tracking, no data sold or shared with brokers, no profile built about you.

What we store

Everything this site can place on your device is listed below, grouped by the categories in the cookie banner. Strictly necessary items are the only ones present before you choose; the rest stay blocked until you switch them on.

Analytics

Helps us understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. Nothing here identifies you personally.

Nothing in this category is in use today. If that changes, it will be listed here and your existing choice will be re-requested before anything runs.

Marketing

Used to measure campaigns and show relevant ads on other sites. Off unless you turn it on.

When you send us a request

The quote form is the one place this site collects personal data. Submitting it sends your name, email address, the type of work, the budget range if you picked one, and whatever you wrote in the brief to our own server, where it is stored so we can reply. We also record the time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, which is what lets us rate-limit the form and tell a real enquiry from a flood of spam.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Nothing is collected until you press Send, and the form does not save drafts. The data goes to our own database: no third-party form service, no CRM, no marketing platform. Only our staff can read it, and it is never used to build a profile, sold, or shared with anyone outside the studio.

When we reply with an offer, that email and the request it belongs to are kept for as long as the enquiry is live and for six years afterwards if it becomes a paid project, which is how long accounting rules require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

The human check on the form is served from this site and stores nothing on your device.

Third parties

Web fonts on this site are requested from Google Fonts. Loading them transmits your IP address and browser details to Google, which acts as an independent controller for that request. This happens as part of rendering the page, so it is covered under strictly necessary rather than consent. If you would rather it did not happen at all, the fonts can be self-hosted instead.

Beyond that, this site embeds no advertising networks, social widgets, session recorders, or analytics services. Nothing on this site is combined with data from any other site, and nothing collected here is pooled across clients or projects.

Your choice, and changing it

Consent is per-category, off by default, and never bundled: accepting one category does not imply another. Refusing is a single click, exactly like accepting, and the site works identically either way.

Your decision is recorded for 182 days, after which you will be asked again. To change it sooner, use , also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing a category reloads the page so anything already running under it stops immediately.

You can also clear this site's data in your browser, which erases the stored decision along with everything else. Browser-level tracking protection and cookie blocking work normally here; nothing on this site attempts to work around them.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access a copy of any personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was lawful before. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

In practice, browsing this site without sending the quote form leaves us holding nothing that identifies you, so an access request would return nothing. If you have submitted a request or emailed us, we hold that and it is covered by all of the rights above. Quote your reference number, the REQ- code shown after you submit, and we can find it straight away.

Contact

A published contact address is still pending. Until it lands, use the request form for data-subject requests too: say what you want done and include the REQ- reference if you have one. It reaches the same people, and we respond within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.
